Why is Decorative Chairs cheaper than other chair cover companies?
At Decorative Chairs we design and make our own chair covers. Therefore, our costs are lower and we are able to pass these savings back to our customers. This is why we can afford to be cheaper but with the same high quality finish.
Which area's do we cover?
We cover most of Yorkshire and the surrounding county's.
Will Decorative Chairs fit the covers?
Yes, Decorative Chairs will deliver, set-up and collect chair covers & sash's and any other items hired from the venue the event is taking place.
Whats included in the price?
Our Price includes hire of cover and sash or satin, fitting, delivery and collection after the event. Please note there will be a additional charge if your venue is outside of our locality i.e South Yorkshire.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, all our quotation will include a refundable damage deposit of £25.
What do we have to do with the covers after the venue?
We will speak to staff at your venue and we will collect the following morning.
Can we change our order at short notice?
Yes,we are very flexible.Its your special day.
How much do we have to pay to secure our date?
We ask for a deposit of £50 (including refundable damage).
When will I get the final invoice?
The final invoice will be sent 6 weeks prior to your big day.
What method of payment do we accept?
We accept cash, cheque, All major Debit and Credit card (we use paypal).
Why choose paypal?
Paypal is a large online payment processor with millions of users worldwide. Paypal provides a secure server (SSL) to make transactions safe and they do not share your card details with Decorative chairst. This helps to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud. When you proceed with making your online purchase, you will be transferred to the Paypal site where your transaction will be processed.
Will we receive a recepit for our deposit?
Yes, once payment has been cleared a receipt will be sent.
Can we see products before committing into paying?
Yes, we do not have a venue to see the chairs but we can arrange for you to come and see the quality of our covers and other items we have on our website.
